At Ohio Hi-Speed Machine, our highly skilled machine tool experts can restore your machine to industry standards and to its original specifications. While we maintain the existing electronics and controls, we will disassemble your entire machine and replace all seals and bearings with new parts.

Your machine’s surfaces will be machined or precision ground to meet OEM specs, and we will also recondition the spindle and restore your machine tool’s geometry to meet original standards. Our process includes a comprehensive inspection of major castings, shafts, and gears.

Rebuild services include a restoration of the lubrication system, including testing to ensure adequate oil flow. Ohio Hi-Speed will replace meter units, damaged lube lines, hydraulic hoses, hydraulic pumps, ball screws, and lead balls. We can also repaint to customer specifications.
