Our alignment specialists precision hand scrape bearing surfaces of each machine and replace existing linear guide rails and trucks. Every precision bearing is replaced with new spindle bearings, and all seals and way wipers are removed and updated. We also ensure proper flow and volume of your machine by inspecting each bearing surface and reconditioning the lubrication system.
